I had to write & tell you what an experience it has been to meet you & your staff!  I have never been to a salon & felt that pampered from the time I arrived to the minute I left!  Your salon is absolutely gorgeous & gives you the feeling of being in an expensive spa in New York City.  The consultation alone was something I have never experienced in all my years of getting my hair done. 
I can't tell you how knowledgeable & enjoyable that was.  Also, the complimentary services were so relaxing & the time slipped by so fast. Usually after getting my hair done, I don't plan any other errands because I know that half of my makeup will be gone & my hair will be upside down.  What a treat to have a professional makeup artist re-do my makeup (which looked better than when I came in!) And my hair was styled & looked awesome when I left.   

You & your staff provided the highest quality of customer service that I have ever experienced & made my visit very enjoyable & relaxing.
