Pregnancy Massage
There are many wonderful benefits that mom's-to-be can find from a pregnancy massage. These include relieving stress on weight bearing joints in the pelvis, hips and sciatic pain relief, and tension in the neck. Pregnancy massage has also been proven to reduce stress hormones as well as relieve insomnia! In addition to the physical benefits, massage provides emotional support with a nurturing touch.
Pregnancy massage is recommended for mothers in their 2nd and 3rd trimester.
The numerous benefits can be best experienced with routine massages. Massages can be received from once every two to three weeks to more frequent visits as the day of delivery approaches.
